Today, a farewell ceremony for the President of the Republic of Poland Bronislaw Komorowski took place at the Presidential Palace.

Before the ceremony, the Presidents of the two countries held a brief meeting and spoke about the meetings and discussions held by the President of Poland and recapped the results of his official visit.

«I would like to express my profound thanks for this visit to Armenia. I depart from Armenia with confidence that assistance to Armenia on her road toward Eurointegration is important and warranted. We can also build very strong Armenian-Polish relations; they have potential,” President Komorowski said.

President Sargsyan noted that in many centuries the two peoples built warm relations, and in Armenia we are always happy to host the President of this friendly state. According to the President of Armenia, our country really wants to become a country like the EU countries and on that road assistance of our friends is extremely important.
