Serzh Sargsyan received the Prime Minister of Bulgaria Boiko Borisov

President Serzh Sargsyan received today the Prime Minister of Bulgaria Boiko Borisov.

The Parties underlined that existing warm and friendly relations between the Armenian and Bulgarian peoples, which have deep historical roots, constitute a strong base for the further strengthening of the interstate relations and development of cooperation in different areas.

The Prime Minister of Bulgaria noted that at the meetings with the Prime Minister and members of the Armenian government discussed were ambitious programs aimed at the enhancement of cooperation in the areas of culture, education, high technologies, energy, tourism, agriculture and others, in which, according to Boiko Borisov, have great potential for cooperation.

Prime Minister Borisov assured that Bulgaria is ready to assist Armenia on the road toward Eurointegration and share its experience.

President Serzh Sargsyan and Prime Minister of Bulgaria Boiko Borisov spoke also about the Armenian-Bulgarian community and stressed the important role of the Armenian community in strengthening the ties between the two countries.
