Today, at the Presidential Palace there took place the farewell ceremony for the President of the Republic of Austria Heinz Fisher, who was in Armenia on official visit.

The leaders of the two countries gave high assessment to the results of the negotiations held in the framework of the visit, which, according to the parties, will give a new impetus to the Armenian-Austrian political dialogue and development of the economic cooperation.

President Serzh Sargsyan also thanked the President of Austria for the balanced position on the issues related to the South Caucasus region.
