President received Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Poland, Sweden and Bulgaria

 

Today, President Serzh Sargsyan received the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Poland, Sweden and Bulgaria - Radoslaw Sikorski, Carl Bildt and Nikolay Mladenov.

The President of Armenia welcomed the visit of the Foreign Ministers to Armenia. He stressed the importance of the involvement and assistance of the EU interested states in deepening the Armenia-EU relations.

At the meeting, the parties discussed prospects of deepening cooperation in the framework of the EU Eastern Partnership program. According to the parties, the relations are developing dynamically and have reached a qualitatively new level. It was also noted that Armenia has registered impressive progress in the negotiations on the Armenia-EU Association Agreement and that talks on the Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Zone are also progressing well.

The interlocutors spoke about regional problems and challenges, the NK peace process.
