President Serzh Sargsyan authorized the decision on the appointment of the governor of Shirak marz

President Serzh Sargsyan authorized today the Government’s decision to appoint Felix Tsolakian as governor of Shirak marz. By the March 6 decree of the President, Felix Tsolakian was relieved of his duties as Deputy Director of the RA National Security Service.
