President Serzh Sargsyan received the President of Rosneft oil company Igor Sechin

President Serzh Sargsyan received today the President of the largest Russian oil company Igor Sechin.

The parties discussed possibilities of the prospective and long-term cooperation in the economic area, including cooperation in the energy sphere. They underscored the importance of the economic element in the continuous deepening and strengthening of the relations between the two strategic partners – the Republic of Armenia and the Russian Federation. According to the President of Armenia, the entry of Rosneft into the Armenian economy will become a strong impetus for the development of bilateral economic relations.
