President ratified government decisions to relieve of and appoint Tavush’s Marzpet to post

Today, President Serzh Sargsyan ratified the RA government decisions to relieve Armen Ghularyan of his post as Marzpet of Tavush Marz at his own request and appoint Hovik Abovyan as Marzpet of Tavush Marz.
