In Stepanakert, President Serzh Sargsyan pays tribute to memory of heroes who died for independence of Artsakh

Early today, President Serzh Sargsyan joined a ceremonious procession in Nagorno-Karabakh capital Stepanakert to march as far as the Stepanakert memorial from Renaissance Square. The President was accompanied by NKR President Bako Sahakyan, the members of the official delegation arrived from Armenia to attend the celebrations of the 23th anniversary of Declaration of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, local and foreign guests.

Serzh Sargsyan paid tribute to the memory of heroes who died for the independence of Artsakh, laid flowers at the tombs of NKR Supreme Council first chairman Arthur Mkrtchyan and Artsakh liberation war martyrs.
