President of Armenia proposed a candidate for the vacant position of a judge at the Constitutional Court

In accordance with part 1 of Article 166 and Article 213 of the Constitution, President Armen Sarkissian proposed the candidature of Gor Hovhannissian as a judge of the Constitutional Court.
