Newly appointed Ambassador of Morocco presented her credentials to the President

The newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Morocco Faouz el-Ashabi (residence in Kiev) presented her credentials to the President of Armenia.

The President congratulated the Moroccan Ambassador on assuming the office and expressed hope that Faouz el-Ashabi would use her years-long experience to develop and deep the relations between the two countries.

Armen Sarkissian noted that Armenia and Morocco, as the countries with the millennia-long history, have the untapped potential for cooperation which needs to be used.

Speaking about the mutually beneficial cooperation, Armen Sarkissian mentioned high technologies, management of information, and artificial logic among perspectives areas. For the viewpoint of strengthening the relations between the two countries and increased mutual recognizability they also stressed the importance of developing tourism.
