Executive Secretary of CIS congratulated President Sarkissian on the occasion of his birth anniversary

The Chairman of the Executive Council of CIS, Executive Secretary Sergei Lebedev congratulated President Armen Sarkissian on the occasion of his birth anniversary. He expressed confidence that President Sarkissian would continue to employ his knowledge and experience for the benefit of Armenia and strengthening of the country’s standing on the international platforms.

“Profound experience, accumulated during your scientific, state, and diplomatic activities, principled position, and purposefulness brought you great respect and authority in Armenia and abroad,” reads the congratulatory message.
