RA laws on “Changes and Amendments to the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia” and “On Bank Secrecy”, adopted by the RA on January 22, 2020 are presumably questionable from the constitutional point of view. The President of Armenia didn’t sign these laws and along with the pertinent legal justification and arguments sent them to the Constitutional Court with the request to decide on their consistency with the Constitution.
