President Sarkissian spoke on the phone with the wife of Ambassador Rouben Shugarian

President Armen Sarkissian spoke on the phone with Lilit Karapetian-Shugarian, the wife of Ambassador Rouben Shugarian who has died recently.

On behalf of Mrs. Nouneh Sarkissian and his own behalf, the President conveyed condolences and words of comfort to the family and friends of Ambassador Shugarian. He said that was grieving deeply the untimely departure of his old and good friend.

President Sarkissian wished the Shugarian family resilience and fortitude.
