President Sarkissian visited Cambridge Science Center: discussed were opportunities of cooperation with Armenian scientific establishments

President Armen Sarkissian, who is on vacation, continues to conduct a series of working meetings with representatives of different areas. The President visited the world-famous Cambridge Science Center. Armen Sarkissian met with the leadership of the Center.

The parties discussed opportunities of cooperation with Armenian educational and scientific establishments considering global traditions of Cambridge University in the areas of science and education and achievements and accomplishments of the Armenian scientists, the rising role of education, and its significance in the contemporary world.

Discussed and preliminary agreement was reached on signing a memorandum on cooperation particularly in the areas of artificial intelligence, modern technologies, including biotechnologies.
