The newly appointed Ambassador of the Kingdom of Denmark to Armenia presented his credentials to President Armen Sarkissian
The newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Denmark to the Republic of Armenia Ole Egberg Mikkelsen (residence in Kiev) presented his credentials to President Armen Sarkissian.
Congratulating the Ambassador, President Sarkissian wished him success and expressed hope that with his experience, he would serve to develop relations between the two countries.
The interlocutors agreed that Armenia and Denmark have a great potential for deepening relations. In particular, science, technology, ecology, and some other spheres were considered promising for cooperation.
They also touched upon the post-war realities and several humanitarian issues. President Sarkissian considered the support of international partners important in the issues of returning the Armenian prisoners-of-war held in Azerbaijan and searching those reported missing.
