President Armen Sarkissian visited the head office of Yandex Company

On a working visit in Moscow, President of the Republic Armen Sarkissian visited the head office of Yandex Company and met with the Company’s General Director Elena Bunina, and Executive Director Tigran Khudaverdyan.

President Armen Sarkissian toured around the Yandex Company with the directors and got acquainted with their current work, also with innovation and scientific-educational projects, and programs.

President Sarkissian got acquainted with the educational programs of Yandex, carried out in Russia, Belarus, and partly in Armenia. The participants of the discussion underscored the need to expand the volume of implemented educational programs in Armenia. In particular, they considered promising to open a Yandex school in Armenia to enhance training specialists in artificial intelligence and data analysis.
