President Armen Sarkissian expressed condolences to RF President Vladimir Putin on the death of RF Minister of Emergency Situations Yevgeny Zinichev

The President of the Republic Armen Sarkissian sent a letter of condolences to the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin on the tragic death of the RF Minister of Civil Defence, Emergency Situations and Elimination of Consequences of Disasters Yevgeny Zinichev.

"Please accept my deepest condolences on the tragic death of Yevgeny Zinichev, Minister of Civil Defence, Emergency Situations and Elimination of Consequences of Disasters of the Russian Federation, who served his people and homeland with dedication and died in the line of duty," says President Armen Sarkissian in his letter of condolences.
