President Vahagn Khachaturyan receives the participants of the 5th International Conference after Yakov Zeldovich

President of the Republic of Armenia Vahagn Khachaturyan received the delegation of participants and organizers of the 5th International Conference after Yakov Zeldovich held at the National Academy of Sciences.

The meeting was attended by NAS President Ashot Saghyan and NAS ICRANET Center Director Narek Sahakyan.

The Conference was dedicated to the present achievements in astrophysics and related fields and was held within the framework of the 80th anniversary of the Academy.

President Khachaturyan highly valued the organization of such events and expressed his willingness to support programs and initiatives in the field of science to the best of his ability.

During the meeting, the sides touched upon a range of issues related to the developments and concepts in the field of science nowadays. Both sides emphasized the importance of using the achievements of science in the further development of the scientific industries.
