Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor Lavrenti Mirzoyan awarded the Movses Khorenatsi medal

Upon the decree of the President of the Republic of Armenia Vahagn Khachaturyan, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor Lavrenti Mirzoyan was awarded the Movses Khorenatsi medal for his contribution to the preservation and development of the mother language.

Vahram Dumanyan, Advisor to the President of the Republic of Armenia Vahagn Khachaturyan, presented the high state award to Lavrenti Mirzoyan today.
"This is a humble appraisal of your merit. We are very proud of you. You are the guardian and promoter of the Armenian language and our cultural traditions. We convey words of congratulations and best wishes from President Vahagn Khachaturyan himself," Vahram Dumanyan noted.

Lavrenti Mirzoyan expressed his gratitude for such a high appraisal of his work and emphasized that he never worked for a medal or an order, but tried to "do his duty as a citizen of the Republic of Armenia." "Thank you for appreciating years of my contribution," Lavrenti Mirzoyan noted.
