President of the Republic Payed Tribute to Genocide Victims in Montevideo

During his working visit to Uruguay, President Vahagn Khachaturyan visited “Armenia” Square in Montevideo, where he paid tribute to the victims of the Genocide and laid flowers at the khachqar dedicated to their memory.
