President Vahagn Khachaturyan participated in roundtable discussion at Armenian State University of Economics on “Investments, Territorial Development, and Logistics”

President of the Republic Vahagn Khachaturyan took part in a roundtable discussion titled “Investments, Territorial Development, and Logistics” at the Armenian State University of Economics.

At the start of the discussion, the President delivered a keynote address, touching upon the specific features and challenges of Armenia’s economic system, and emphasizing the important role both the university and professionals in the field in overcoming those challenges.

In his speech, the President highlighted the importance of balanced territorial development, and in that context, stressed the significance of the government’s current investments in infrastructure and the implementation of systemic reforms.

President Khachaturyan also noted that the economic community of the country cannot remain uninvolved in the realization of major government-led projects, particularly the “Crossroads of Peace”. He underlined the need for professional circles to demonstrate initiative and direct their efforts toward the research and expert-level study of the theoretical components of the programs.
