The annual meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Hayastan All Armenian Fund was held headed by President of the Republic and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Fund, Vahagn Khachaturyan.
The meeting was attended by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, President of the National Assembly Alen Simonyan, President of the Constitutional Court Arman Dilanyan, members of the Board of Trustees, as well as representatives of local authorities and partner organizations.
President Vahagn Khachaturyan opened the meeting with a welcoming speech:
“I welcome you all to the annual meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Hayastan All Armenian Fund. This platform once again provides an opportunity to unite our efforts for the development of our country and the entire Armenian nation.
Today’s meeting is an important milestone to summarize the Fund’s activities over the past year, to value the work done, and to record the achievements. At the same time, it serves as a platform to identify the priorities that should guide the Fund in the future.
During the past year, a number of important programs were implemented, which gave renewed momentum to the Fund’s mission. However, we still face many challenges—be it in terms of strategic planning, improving program efficiency, or fully utilizing the All Armenian potential.
This meeting is also an occasion to reaffirm the Fund’s roadmap for substantive and structural development to broaden engagement, strengthen trust, and enhance effectiveness for the benefit of the Republic of Armenia and the entire Diaspora.
I am confident that our discussions today will help provide clearer direction to the Fund’s activities, based on the principles of transparency, accountability, and inclusiveness.
I thank all members of the Board of Trustees, the Fund’s staff, and of course, all donors for their commitment, dedication, and joint efforts.
I wish you productive discussions and fruitful work.”
The annual activity report of the Fund was presented by Zaruhi Aznauryan, Acting Executive Director of the Hayastan All Armenian Fund.
Afterward, the issues included on the meeting’s agenda were discussed in a working format.
