President Vahagn Khachaturyan received Vice President of the Union of Manufacturers and Businessmen of Armenia Nerses Karamanukyan

President of the Republic Vahagn Khachaturyan received the Vice President of the Union of Manufacturers and Businessmen of Armenia (UMBA), Nerses Karamanukyan.

The UMBA Vice President expressed his gratitude for the meeting and informed the President that during a recent session of the Union’s Presidium, among other issues, urgent and concerning challenges facing the national economy were discussed. He emphasized that the Union is ready to contribute to the resolution of these issues by leveraging its expert potential.

He noted that the discussions mainly focused on the development of renewable energy and the improvement of transport communication routes. Karamanukyan mentioned that UMBA has conducted certain analyses and research in these areas, which it is ready to present in order to receive guidance for further work and explore opportunities for cooperation.

President Vahagn Khachaturyan emphasized the importance of such meetings, highlighting the Union’s ongoing efforts to provide professional support to the government and the current authorities in the effective decision-making process.

“For years, through your activities, you have sought to assist the government and the current authorities in making effective decisions. Your engagement is very important. You have knowledgeable experts, and their opinions are valuable,” noted President Khachaturyan.

The President highly praised UMBA’s work and its willingness to engage in joint discussions and solution development, stressing the Union’s capacity for prompt response and in-depth analysis of the situation.
