President Vahagn Khachaturyan received Petros Terzian, Member of the Board of Trustees of the Hayastan All Armenian Fund and Chair of the Fund’s Local Body in France

President of the Republic Vahagn Khachaturyan received Petros Terzian, a member of the Board of Trustees of the Hayastan All Armenian Fund and the chair of the Fund’s local body in France.

During the meeting, the President was briefed on the ongoing work of the Fund’s programs implemented in various sectors, as well as the progress of initiatives aimed at community development and the improvement of infrastructure.

Special attention was given to the reconstruction program of the Spandaryan Canal, which is of great importance for ensuring stable irrigation water supply to several settlements in Syunik, increasing agricultural productivity, and contributing to the socio-economic development of the region. It was emphasized that due to its strategic significance, this program is also included among the key goals of this year’s telethon of the Hayastan All Armenian Fund.

During the discussion, the importance of further expanding the Fund’s activities was highlighted, particularly those aimed at developing vital infrastructure, improving the well-being of the population, and supporting the country’s long-term and sustainable development programs.
