President of the Republic Vahagn Khachaturyan had a private meeting with the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov

Within the framework of his working visit to Turkmenistan, President of the Republic Vahagn Khachaturyan had a private meeting with the President of Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdimuhamedov.

President Vahagn Khachaturyan congratulated his counterpart on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s permanent neutrality, wishing continuous development and progress to Turkmenistan, as well as prosperity and peace to the Turkmen people.

Serdar Berdimuhamedov expressed his gratitude for accepting the invitation and participating in this important event for Turkmenistan, emphasizing that high-level mutual visits are an essential stimulus for strengthening relations and cooperation between the two countries.

During the meeting, the sides discussed the next steps toward promoting cooperation between Armenia and Turkmenistan in political, economic, educational-cultural, and other fields. They also touched upon the importance of joint initiatives in preserving historical and cultural heritage.

The conversation also highlighted the importance of expanding cooperation in the energy and communications sectors, as well as the development of infrastructure.
Both sides reaffirmed their readiness to deepen bilateral cooperation and continue effective collaboration on international platforms.
