Newly Appointed Ambassador of India to Armenia Presented his Credentials to President Vahagn Khachaturyan

The newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of India to the Republic of Armenia, T. Armstrong Changsan, presented his credentials to President of the Republic Vahagn Khachaturyan.

President Khachaturyan congratulated the Ambassador on assuming office and wished him success in carrying out his diplomatic mission.

The newly appointed Ambassador expressed his gratitude for the reception and congratulations and conveyed to the President the warm greetings and best wishes of the President of India.

During the meeting, the sides discussed the agenda of cooperation between Armenia and India. The importance of expanding cooperation and fully realizing the existing potential in the areas of defense, political affairs, trade and economic relations, education, and culture was emphasized. In this context, the importance of launching direct air connectivity between the two countries was underscored.
