  President attends opening of new recreation center at Multi Rest hotel complex Today, President Serzh Sargsyan attended the launch of the new recreation center at Multi Rest hotel complex in Tsaghkadzor, which is one of the initiatives aimed at making Tsakhkadzor a tourism center.
