  President attended a festive event dedicated to the 25th anniversary of Hayastan Fund President Serzh Sargsyan and Mrs. Rita Sargsyan together with His Holiness Catholicos of All Armenians Garegin II, President of the Republic of Artsakh Bako Sahakian, members of the Board of Trustees of the Fund and many guests, today at the National Center of Chamber Music was present at the festive event dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the Hayastan All Armenian Fund.

  President signed a decree to appoint the Head of Military Police of the MOD of Armenia President Serzh Sargsyan signed today a decree to relieve Major General Samvel Ghukasian of his duties as the Head of Military Police of the RA Ministry of Defense. By another decree of the President, Colonel Arthur Baghdassarian was appointed the Head of Military Police of the RA Ministry of Defense for a three-year term.
