  President attends consecration ceremony of new church in Nor Hachen President Serzh Sargsyan attended today the consecration ceremony of newly-built St. Savior’s Church in Nor Hachen. The ceremony was led by His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians. The groundbreaking of the church took place in 2011. It has been built through donations from Mr. Gagik Tsarukyan and has been designed by Artak Ghulyan, Honorary Architect of the Republic of Armenia.

  President Serzh Sargsyan receives OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs President Serzh Sargsyan received today the Co-Chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group, Igor Popov of the Russian Federation, James Warlick of the United States of America, and Pierre Andrieu of France.
