  President Serzh Sargsyan paid tribute to memory of Hovhannes Isakov and Hamazasp Babadzhanian in Moscow On his working visit to the Russian Federation, President Serzh Sargsyan visited the tombs of the Heroes of the Soviet Union the prominent state and military figure Admiral Hovhannes Isakov and the Marshal of the Armored Corps Hamazasp Babadzhanian at Novodevichy Cemetery in Moscow.
