President Vahagn Khachaturyan sent a telegram of condolences to Russian President Vladimir Putin

President of the Republic of Armenia Vahagn Khachaturyan sent a telegram of condolence to the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin in connection with the passenger plane crash in the Amur region, which resulted in the deaths of dozens of innocent people.

President Khachaturyan expressed his deep condolences and support to the families and relatives of the victims.
