  President Serzh Sargsyan sends condolence letter to RF President Vladimir Putin President Serzh Sargsyan sent today a condolence letter to President Vladimir Putin of the Russian Federation over the crash of the airplane flying from Sharm el-Sheikh to St Petersburg which claimed multiple lives. “In this difficult moment for Russia, on behalf of the Armenian people and on my own behalf, I extend my sincere sympathy for you, the victims’ relatives and the brotherly people of Russia,” reads the RA president’s condolence letter.

  President Serzh Sargsyan sends condolence letter to French President Francois Hollande President Serzh Sargsyan has sent a letter of condolence to French President Francois Hollande on the occasion of the disastrous car crash in Gironde near Bordeaux which claimed more than four dozen innocent lives.
