President sent a congratulatory message to Karen Shahnazarov on his 60th birth anniversary

President Serzh Sargsyan sent a congratulatory message to the film director, script writer, and publicist, the RF People’s Artist, Laureate of the Russian State Award Karen Shahnazarov on his 60th birth anniversary.

The message states:

You are not only a master in your area but also a great humanist whose benevolent and public work has been esteemed by the contemporaries.
