President of the Republic Vahagn Khachaturyan sent a congratulatory message to President of the Italian Republic Sergio Mattarella on Italy’s national holiday — Republic Day.

“The centuries-old historical and cultural close ties between our peoples, grounded in mutual respect and trust, serve as a strong foundation for the continued development of intergovernmental relations.

I am confident that through joint efforts, we will further strengthen and deepen the Armenian-Italian friendship and multifaceted cooperation, enriching the bilateral agenda with new initiatives and programs for the benefit of our peoples,” President Khachaturyan’s message reads.
