President of the Republic Vahagn Khachaturyan sent a congratulatory message to Guillaume V on the occasion of his enthronement as the Grand Duke of Luxembourg.

“Armenia greatly values the existing political dialogue with Luxembourg and the development of friendly relations based on shared values, mutual respect, and trust — including cooperation in the fields of culture, education, high technologies, healthcare, and decentralized collaboration.

We highly appreciate Luxembourg’s continued support for strengthening and deepening the Armenia–European Union partnership,” the message reads in particular.
