President Vahagn Khachaturyan sent a congratulatory message to Japan’s Emperor Naruhito

The President of the Republic extended his congratulations to Emperor Naruhito on the occasion of the National holiday — the Emperor’s Birthday.

“Armenia attaches importance to strengthening the friendly relations with Japan based on mutual respect and trust, as well as to expanding effective cooperation.

I am confident that bilateral ties will continue to develop consistently for the benefit of our peoples,” the message reads.
