First Lady received the representative of Armenia at the Junior Eurovision 2009 Song contest Luara Hayrapetian
On November 23, First Lady Rita Sargsyan received the representative of Armenia at the Junior Eurovision 2009 Song contest Luara Hayrapetian and the dancing group that performed with her. Congratulating the children, Rita Sargsyan said that they had given an excellent performance and upheld Armenia’s high reputation.
