President Serzh Sargsyan participated at the opening of the renovated K. Demirjian Sport and Cultural Events complex
On October 31, President Serzh Sargsyan participated at the official opening of the renovated K. Demirjian Sport and Cultural Events complex.
The President of Armenia toured the refurbished halls of the complex, and observed the new equipment and installations. The renovation works included construction of a new, modern broiler, gas supply, new security, smoke detector, and heating systems, and contemporary communication system. The complex also includes a year-round skating ring, concert halls and a conference hall.
The renovation of the complex has been performed by the Russian “Bamo” company, which during three years has invested 42 million US dollars.
