The newly appointed Ambassador of Indonesia to Armenia presented her credentials to President Serzh Sargsyan
Today, the newly appointed Ambassador of Indonesia to Armenia Ms. Nining Suningsih Rochadiat (residence in Kiev) presented her credentials to President Serzh Sargsyan.
Congratulating the Ambassador on her nomination, the President of Armenia expressed hope that she would contribute considerably to the development of the bilateral relations in different areas. President Sargsyan said that Armenia was attaching importance to the development of her relations with the South Asian countries and deepening of her relations with Indonesia which plays a prominent role in the region.
The Ambassador of Indonesia noted with satisfaction that the trade turnover between the two countries was increasing year by year.
The two sides stressed the importance of information exchange and active contacts for the facilitation of bilateral business relations.
The parties spoke also about some regional developments, noted the importance of cooperation in the framework of international organizations, and exchanged views on the global financial and economic crisis and its consequences.
