President Serzh Sargsyan congratulated Arkadi Ghukassian on his 55th birth anniversary

Today, President Serzh Sargsyan had a telephone conversation with the second President of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic, RA Special Envoy Arkadi Ghukassian and congratulated him on his 55th birth anniversary, wishing him good health and success.

Serzh Sargsyan highly valued Arkadi Ghukassian’s contribution to the development of Karabakh’s statehood, strengthening the Armenia-Artsakh-Spyurk relations and implementation of national programs, stressing that today too he continues with the same vigor his activities for the benefit of our people and our motherland.
