President Armen Sarkissian had a phone conversation with Bako Sahakian

President Armen Sarkissian had today a phone conversation with the President of the Republic of Artsakh Bako Sahakian and congratulated him on the occasion of the 28th anniversary of the Republic of Artsakh.

President Sarkissian asked him to convey his congratulations and best wishes to all citizens of Artsakh.
