President Vahagn Khachaturyan visited the National Gallery of Armenia and the History Museum of Armenia

On March 16, President Vahagn Khachaturyan visited the National Gallery of Armenia and the History Museum of Armenia.

Accompanied by the Director of the History Museum of Armenia Davit Poghosyan, the President toured the Museum’s halls and went through the newly opened exhibitions. During the tour, the director of the Museum presented to the President details regarding the activities that the Museum is currently implementing and the upcoming programs.

Accompanied by the Director of the National Gallery of Armenia Marina Hakobyan, President Vahagn Khachaturyan toured the exhibition halls and viewed the exhibitions of ancient and medieval Armenian exponents of culture, as well as pieces by classical and contemporary artists, the previously unseen graphic works of Martiros Saryan, works of Hakob Gyurjian, Yeghishe Tadevosyan, Vardges Sureniants, Carzou, Kamo Nigaryan and other authors.
