President Vahagn Khachaturyan attended the unveiling of Karen Demirchyan's statue.

As part of the 40th anniversary of the Yerevan Sport and Concert Complex, a bronze statue of Armenian national hero, statesman Karen Demirchyan, was unveiled in front of the complex. The sculptor is Sargis Babayan, and the architect is Levon Arakelyan.

The unveiling ceremony was attended by President of the Republic of Armenia Vahagn Khachaturyan, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Speaker of the National Assembly Alen Simonyan, and representatives of the country's top leadership, as well as Karen Demirchyan's sons, Samvel and Stepan Demirchyan.
