President Vahagn Khachaturyan delivered a lecture to the participants of the Yerevan School of Political Studies educational program

On September 8, the participants of the Yerevan School of Political Studies (YSPS) of the Council of Europe were hosted at the residence of the President.

President Vahagn Khachaturyan delivered a lecture entitled "Modern Perceptions of the Role of the State" for the participants of the program.

During the lecture, the President addressed the current development trends and general realities in the public administration system of Armenia and other countries.

Toward the end of the lecture, Vahagn Khachaturyan talked with the attendees in a frank atmosphere and answered their questions.
