    President Serzh Sargsyan congratulated Jivan Gasparyan with his 80th birthday On October 12, President Serzh Sargsyan spoke on the telephone with the People’s Artist of Armenia, the famous duduk player and composer, Jivan Gasparian. The President of Armenia congratulated the living legend with his 80th birthday.
