  President Vahagn Khachaturyan to participate in the 28th meeting of the Conference of the Parties (COP28) to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change President of the Republic of Armenia Vahagn Khachaturyan will leave for the United Arab Emirates on a working visit on November 30 to attend the28th meeting of the Conference of the Parties (COP28) to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change. President Vahagn Khachaturyan will deliver a speech during the conference to be held in Dubai.
