  President ratified government decisions to relieve of and appoint Kotayk’s Marzpet to post   President Serzh Sargsyan ratified the RA government decisions to relieve Kovalenko Shahgaldyan of his post as Marzpet of Kotayk Marz at his own request and appoint Aram Harutyunyan as Marzpet of Kotayq Marz.
