  President Serzh Sargsyan sent a letter of condolences to the President of Russia Vladimir Putin   President Serzh Sargsyan sent today a letter of condolences to the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin on a terrorist act which took place in Volgograd and claimed lives of innocent people. The President of Armenia asked to convey his condolences and words of support to the families and friends of the victims and wished a speedy recovery to all those injured during that tragedy.
