In the morning of April 24, President Serzh Sarkissian visited Tsitsernakaberd Memorial to pay tribute to the victims of the Armenian Genocide and put a flower wreath at the monument.

Today President Serzh Sarkissian made a working tour of the construction sites in Yerevan funded by the Lincy Foundation.
He observed the works on the one of the major projects – Saralanji highway and traffic circle and was present at the opening of the tunnel connection. The very moment the connection is established, i.e. construction workers from the opposite sides of the tunnel meet and the tunnel is complete, is a historic moment for any tunnel building project.
