  Working visit of President Serzh Sargsyan to Gyumri On October 18, President Serzh Sargsyan conducted a working visit to Gyumri. The Minister of Urban Development presented to the President of Armenia the blueprints of the new residential buildings to be built in the city’s “Ani” and “Moush” districts.
